Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon landing at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO), we leave the bustling city behind and head toward the iconic skyline of the Arenal Volcano. After checking in, we’ll settle into our eco-lodge for a grounding welcome stretch and a group dinner to kick off our journey.

Today is dedicated to the healing power of water. We start with a gentle yoga flow before descending into the lush canyon of the La Fortuna Waterfall for an optional refreshing swim. We’ll spend our afternoon and evening at the exclusive EcoTermales Hot Springs, letting the elegant, natural volcanic pools melt away any remaining travel tension. A traditional dinner is included onsite at the springs.

We head into the canopy this morning at the Mistico Hanging Bridges, traversing a series of suspension bridges with sweeping views of the volcano and forest floor. In the afternoon, we dive into local culture with a hands-on cacao and coffee farm experience, learning the traditional "bean-to-cup" process.

We trade the tropical heat for the cool, misty air of the mountains. The scenic drive to the cloud forest offers incredible views of Lake Arenal. Once we arrive at our charming B&B, we’ll take it slow before heading out for a night wildlife walk to spot the creatures that only emerge after the sun goes down.

Experience the magic of the Curi Cancha Wildlife Reserve. We’ll spend the morning hiking through moss-draped trails and cloud-covered bridges, searching for the rare Resplendent Quetzal. The day concludes with a peaceful sunset viewing over the Pacific slope, where the mountain mist meets the distant ocean horizon.

It’s time for the "Blue Zone" lifestyle. We descend from the mountains to the golden coast of the Guanacaste province. After arriving in the vibrant surf town of Tamarindo, we’ll head straight to the beach for a sunset walk and our first dip in the warm Pacific waters.

Our final full day centers around the sea and celebration. We begin with a grounding morning yoga session right on the beach. Later, we set sail on a Sunset Catamaran Cruise, where we’ll drop anchor to snorkel among tropical fish, enjoy food and drinks on deck, and watch the sun dip below the Pacific horizon for our final evening before we gather for a final, celebratory group dinner.
